These terms govern your use of the ScratchWolf mobile application and website. By using ScratchWolf you agree to them.

1. What ScratchWolf Is (and Is Not)

• ScratchWolf is an educational and informational tool that analyzes publicly available data published by state lotteries.
• We do not sell lottery tickets, facilitate ticket purchases, accept wagers, conduct games of chance, or award prizes of any kind.
• ScratchWolf is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state lottery or gaming commission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ScratchWolf (or 19/21 where your state sets a higher age for lottery participation). The app is intended only for use where lottery play is legal.

3. No Guarantees — Play Responsibly

• All lottery games have a negative expected return over time. Nothing in the app is a promise, prediction, or guarantee of winning.
• Data is collected from official public sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify with the official state lottery before making decisions.
• Scores, rankings, and "picks" are statistical analysis of public data — they are informational, not financial or gambling advice.
• If gambling is causing you harm, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

4. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple or Google account.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices may change for new subscription periods with notice through the store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute the app's data or analysis; reverse-engineer the app; or use it in any unlawful way.

6. Intellectual Property

The ScratchWolf name, logo, app, and analysis are our property. Underlying lottery data is public information belonging to the respective state lotteries.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from use of the app — including lottery spending decisions, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms or modify/discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
